This unit was bench tested to show faults. The motor was tested to confirm it is working.

The electronic unit was removed from the pump and hydraulic unit and opened up (the cover is ultrasonic sealed upon manufacture so it is required that we carefully cut the top of the module off to gain access to the circuit board). When you receive the unit it will be back to a weather sealed condition. The electronic until was repaired, solder reflowed to resolve cracked joints, and any faulty components (including the very expensive microprocessor if required) are replaced. The gaskets were inspected and replaced as needed. The unit is then bench tested again until it is clear of faults and reassembled.

The part number MUST MATCH your unit. You can confirm the part numbers on the pump assembly and the control unit in the pictures. Programming is required upon installation.

This is not a plug and play part. However anyone with a common Ford tool can adapt the part to your truck following the proper sequence of installation. There is no CORE CHARGE. We do not require your old unit.
